  • West Perry is a very active school in that there are many clubs and after school activities to join. Like most high schools there is always the constant problem of drug use during school hours. Not only that but there is much drama between students and much gossip which can and sometimes does lead to bulling. Even with all that our school has had many compliments on our politeness. Many of the subs. have said that when they come to our school we them with as much respect as a high schooler can. The foreign exchange students love the fact that we try our best to help them adapt and try to help them understand things better by either speaking their language or using crude sign language. Many of the schools event are planned by students themselves such as pep rallies, all dances, food drives, charity drives, festivals, some football games, yearbook and more. Even with all the poor funding our school still manages to keep up to date material and keeps all departments open for student use.
