  • Refrigrate food promotly ,if prepared food stands at room tempterature for more thyan 2 hours ,it may not be safe to eat.Handle food proprely,always wash your hands for at least 20 seconds with warm,soapy water before and after handleing raw meat,poultry,fish,shellfish produce,or eggs.Wash your hands after useing the bathroom,changing diapers,or touching animals.Wash utensils and surfaces before and after use with hot water,soapy water.Wash sponges and dishtowels weekly in hot water in the washing machine.Keep coldld food cold and hot food hot.Do not pack refrigerator cool air must circulate to keep food safe.
