- i am a mom of 3 children, 2 of whom were in public
school when they were 4th and 3rd grade. the social situation and one of the
teachers made it very uncomfortable for my children to stay. it got so bad that
my daughter had an ulcer from the worry and intimidation she encountered from
her teacher who bullied her. meetings with the principal did no good. they
both began begging me to pull them out.
i wanted to make sure i wasn't trying to "rescue" them from anything bad as we
parents often want to do. but they had reached the point where they needed mom
to come and stop the oppression and insanity. and after months of prayer, the
LORD said, "go and get them!"
i went in knowing that there might be some kind of opposition and a fight, but
armed with the word of the Lord and my "Mama Grizzly Bear-don't-mess-with-my
cubs" stance, i simply stated i was withdrawing my children and when they asked
where they would be going, I told them they would be in private school with me
at home. I requested their report cards and we said our goodbyes.
my kids were so happy, they have never looked back. This was a bad school I would not recommend it.
