Moser, best teacher I ever had. I remember him saying " look it up in the dictionary" if we asked him a question. I woud like to know whatever became of him. I was in his class in 1954. Thanks.

- I wish to thank the responder to my
question re: Inez Franks. I remember her
with fondness, as I was one of the kids who spent some time in her office as punishment for some infringement of the rules. We, or I usually had to fill envelopes with notes or whatever,to parents. Again, thank you.

- I have very fond memories of this school, having attended K-6 in the early to late 50's. And yes, to the comment below: Inez Franks was the principal until the latter part of the l950s, when a Mrs. Leeder became principal. It was an excellent school in the 50's--don't know about now.

- I would like to find any history of this
school, as I went there as a child in the
late 40's and early 50's. I found the name
of who I believe, was the principal, while I was there. It was in a book, Images of
America, dealing with Hawthorne. Her
name was Inez Franks. She was a very nice person, and I would like to know if it
is the same person. The picture is on page 32 of the book.

- I LOVE DAT SCHOOL! THE TEACHERS R GREAT! VERY FRIENDLY AND KIND!EASY TO MAKE FRIENDS!AND TO ALL THE NEW PEOPLE GOING TO THIS SCHOOL, DON'T BE SCARED!IT'S NOT THE END OF THE WORLD!U WILL SOON SEE THAT IN A COUPLE OF WEEKS U'LL HAVE LOTS OF NEW FRIENDS I MOVED TO REDONDO BEACH AND I MADE NEW FRIENDS ON THE 1ST DAY OF SCHOOL!
