  • Hello, my name is Elvira Hernandez, formerly known as Elvira Herrera. I'm a former student who used to attend your school. I'm married with 4 great kids, Jacob 12, Nathan 10, Isaiah 5, and Savannah 6 mo. I was talking to my husband/kids about how much I regret not graduating and going to a university or even college. At this point even a technical school would have been great. You see, my husband Saul's a graduate of McCullum High School, and sometimes he'll sit down with our boys and tell them all kinds of great stories of when he was a kid growing up and about all the obsticles/challenges they soon will face as they get older. And my stories consist of the original: stay away from strangers, don’t get into any trouble, oh, and ofcourse don't always do what your friends tell you to do, or do what your friends do, (good or bad, why take a chance) especially if it's something that's going to get you into alot of trouble. And during this whole time, they have this look on their face like "uh mom, we know, you tell us that every day." But the one thing I'm trying to get to is that even though my husband is GREAT at telling life as it is, I am GREAT at telling wonderful stories with such challenging imagination. And that puts my kids to bed with questionable, but happy, thoughts.

  • I was told by my two sons their shorts were stollen from the Defective Lockers the school provides to the students. Now they'll have to buy new shorts, so they'll once again be stolen by the same thieves that pose as students. I will grade the school, so I'll give them a D- because I'm not happy about having to purchase new shorts for my two sons. I thought the Backpacks were suppose to be transparent because I heard items can be stolen and not seen by others, while hidden inside the Backpacks.
