  • We just moved here from the Comal Independent School District which was Exemplary. I was very concerned about the move because both of my kids would be attending JR High this year. They are very good christian kids and I did not want them exposed anything but GOOD. When I walked into Tarkington Middle School I felt a since of family and my kids were very comfortable. The staff was amazing and the environment was just what I was hoping for. My kids came home from school the other day and asked me if we could stay at Tarkington ISD until they Graduate. That makes me a PROUD parent and I feel that this is where they need to be in life.
