  • I used to go to Goochland Elementary and I loved it! I wish I could of stayed and would be going to the high school next year. The schools here are awesome and the teachers and staff are very supportive of the students.

  • Goochland High School (from my view) is really a pretty good school. The staff isn't hard core, but they aren't the easiest in the world. I think your experience in the school is based more from the people you associate with and the extracurriculars you do. I explore the playing field and I really enjoy everything the school has to offer. To the second post, you probably feel that way because you don't get out much, but that's no reason to blame the school. Explore and enjoy your high school experience. Duh!

  • Goochland is a great school and a great place to live. Its beautiful, the sports are great, and the academics aren't too bad either. As for the first post, get over it and stop whinning! haha buy some pot from the so called "drug dealers" and mello the hell out!!

  • Goochland High is terrible. I am a student at the school, and through my eyes the staff and teachers are just there to collect their pay. They do not care if a student gets picked on, they just laugh and think they are playing around. The school is also very homophobic and discriminating. So many kids get away with smoking marijuna and tobacco in the bathrooms, having sex, drug dealing, and skipping school and the staff doesnt know about it. I can't even learn in the classroom for all the disruptive classmates and the teachers dont do anything about it but give out warnings. This is not a good school.
