Are you looking for a warm, happy, positive school environment for your children? THEN DON'T SEND THEM TO SIGNAL HILL!!!! There should be a sign at the entrance reading "SMILES AND HAPPINESS NOT ALLOWED HERE" There are no "Good Morning boys and girls" greetings at Signl Hill. You can expect even less if you are a parent. My 5th grader is assigned 3 to 4 hours of homework a night, and my concerns have been ignored by the teacher and principal. The staff all appear to be just working at a job that they don't like. From the librarian to the lunch ladies to the french teacher, no one is nice at this school. I believe children learn best in a positive, happy environment. You won't find that at Signal Hill.
