(5 / 5) Flag as inappropriate - I graduated manchester very long ago. i still live near it and i've seen a lot of changes in the school. i've notice that they are spending a lot of money on how the school looks and not on what is important like what the children eat and materials and after school programs. i just think that its throwing away money. Manchester is just not the same. changes are ok but for the right reasons and it should be the for the better of the students
