(5 / 5) Flag as inappropriate - Attended this elementary school in the 80's. I still remember Mr. Beltran, the principal, and Ms. Galvan, my second grade teacher responsible for teaching me English. Enjoyed the Cinco de Mayo presentations and the opportunity to be in the band and choir. Teachers were caring and genuinely interested in students obtaining a good education. Hopefully, students currently attending Rowan now are as lucky as I was. Reason I got into education.
