  • Extraordinary!

If your child is admitted into the highly gifted program you will not be disappointed with San Jose Highly Gifted Magnet. Our fourth grader is more than challenged, I believe the school, the teachers and her friends have fundamentally changed the way she thinks about the world, about herself and her ability to make a difference. We cannot be happier about the choice we made.

The kids are very different at this school. Not just a few kids in a class, but all the kids in the classes. They think differently and that affects everyone around them in a positive way. As a parent, you are always viewing the world through a set of standards to allow your child to be happy. My standard has been kicked up a notch because of what and how they are teaching and forming ideas at San Jose.

I believe that each child at this program will one day make a fundamental contribution to our world. They are, to say the least, “gifted” and the program at SJHGM has created the hunger to learn and grow.
All I can say is thank you.
