  • I attended Wadsworth from 1981-1987 and some of my life greatest angels were my teachers there. I have vivid memories of the school's blacktop, handball courts and sand pits for marble play. The San Gabriel Mts. in the distance beyond the towers of downtown. The 1984 Olympics show we did, the 1987 Michael Jackson dance we coordinated. Any other former students? Anyone know what may have become of Mrs. Bone? She taught 1st and 2nd Grade in 1982-84

  • I loved the atmosphere of this large inner-city school. There was a lot of affinity among the committed staff which reflected onto the students. Most teachers transferred into this school by choice and stay. It always attracted dedicated teachers. It was a true oasis in the inner city.
