(5 / 5) Flag as inappropriate - I am very pleased with Walker Butte K-8. The staff is great. I have been very pleased with my child's fourth and fifth grade teachers. They have volunteered their time to tutor my child after school when needed and really work hard to ensure that my child receive a great education. I also like seeing the same devoted teachers there each year. The school is growing and evolving with new technology and educational opportunities each year. The School counselor is kinda a flake, but the teachers and office staff are phenominal!

- Walker Butte has the hardest working teachers I know. I always see the principal at extra-curricular activities and sporting events. In addition, he has always had my concerns handled quickly an efficiently. The ladies in the front office are amazing. I have three children that are currently enrolled and am very pleased with Walker Butte!

- We moved to SanTan Valley / Queen Creek this past year. We are very pleased with Walker Butte. Reading the poor review below is hard to believe. We came from a state with very high education standards and we feel our child is right on level. Our childs 3rd grade teacher is wonderful and my child is very happy attending Walker Butte. We give this school an A .

(1 / 5) Flag as inappropriate - This school has one of the worst learning environments for children I have ever been exposed to. Horrible faculty/teaching staff, unmet basic educational performance annually, and an indifferent attitude from the teaching staff when questioned by a parent, such as, myself. So bad that we have applied for out of district transfers into the Quen Creek school system for both of our daughters 8 and 10. If you value your childs education, explore every option available other than having them attend Walker Butte.
