Crawford Elementary is a kind and caring school. Children are not numbers; they are treated as people with respect. The principal sets the tone and the loving environment and the teachers follow is lead. There is no better elementary school anywhere.

my children love the school! the teachers are very caring and understanding. mr.gotcher is a great person not only a good person but you could not ask for a better principal. the kids learn alot and do not get much homework. class rooms are very structured.we take our kids to crawford but we live in another school zone. im not sure what we would do if we had to stay in our zone.

I have to say that Crawford Elementary has been a wonderful school for my children. I have two 7 year old children, one of which has a lot of behavioral problems. Mr. Gotcher, the principal at Crawford has been exceptional when it comes to dealing with my children. He understands and loves all of the children at Crawford and I, as a parent could not ask for more. We actually do not live in the district for Crawford, but, we requested that our children remain in this school when we moved because we love it so much. Thank you for all that you do there. It is truly appreciated.

I have worked at a previous school before, and have never felt as welcomed as I do at Crawford Elementary. All of the teachers care for and are about their student's education! It is a welcoming and loving environment! Our prinicipal is also very involved in the classrooms as well as the school as a whole. If you are looking for a school in Russellville, this is the best school in town!!

When my daughter was in 3rd grade I asked why they didn't have spelling and why her papers were never corrected with regards to spelling.The teachers answer was for me not to worry that in a few years my daughter would be using a computer with spellcheck! I wanted to ask what was the need for her job then!?? This is just the quality of education your child will receive in this school.
