  • I attended SMS as a child as well as my brother and two sisters. I can honestly say it was a waste of time and money. I would have recieved the same if not better education from a public school and saved my mother a ton of money. I will say were some good teachers there, but they were extremely rare. Religion class was not a regular like they would like you to believe.
Oh and if you are an unmarried parent dont bother with this school! I had a teacher look right at me and tell me that my mother was immoral because she was a single parent.

  • My daughter attends St. Margaret School, and I could not be happier. Something that has always struck me is the excellent job the school does instilling values of kindness and responsibility. It's a K-8 school, yet I've never seen an older student become short with or act inappropriately with a younger student. Instead, I've seen great acts of kindness as a 12- or 13-year-old student (not always the best age for children) have taken care of younger kids who needed help. They also start foreign languages early, and uphold strict academic standards.

  • Hello, I am currently a student of St. Margaret School (S.M.S.). There is a lot of nice people in this school, and some not. Most of the students here break the rules everyday, are disrespectful, and do things they know are bad but do it anyway because they know they wont get caught. They do things in the classroom that are most definitely not acceptable. This is an expensive school, and most get nothing out of it. We are currently about seven weeks behind in at least four subjects. I find this highly disappointing. We unfortunately do not have a GREAT community, its okay but i still do not feel as welcome as a student that has gone here for seven years should feel. There is vandalism on the bathroom walls, and gum under the tables in library. Gum wrappers in peoples desks, and notes that have been left on the floor with unacceptable language and curses. I'm very happy im not going to this school next year, and i don't think i will remember St. Margaret school as one of my favorite or happy experiences in my life. I may be young but i need to speak up for what goes on.
