  • Stepping stones is not a place I would recommend your child going to. When my child attended I noticed that there was no control over the students. My son came home and told me that a student had gotten out of the building without anyone knowing went across a busy street and an employee from across the street had to bring him back. They never even noticed he was missing. When I asked the corrdinator what was going on she was dumb founded and didnt know what to say. The manager over there is very hypocritical (the stepping stones that has infants-prek) She not a good manager, she treats her employees unfairly and favors students and staff. Not a good enviroment for children.

  • My daughter is a 6th grade student at SSLA. This is her 1st year there. She had attended public school prior to this. I am very happy with the subject matter, class size & ease of speaking with the teachers. (I speak to 1 of her teachers daily) I am very satisfied with the education my daughter is receiving.

  • I have two daughters that attend and this will be thier first and last year. They seem good at first but they don't stick by what they say. First is the key pad door. They said that "no one can get in unless they have a code or one of the teachers lets them in." This is a lie. My parents went to talk to one of the teachers, they did not call ahead. They rang the door bell and one of the children attending the school came and opened the door. (Now keep in mind my parents don't usually pick up my children.) They were let in and NO ONE was at the front... They had to flag down a teacher after 5 min. They could have been anyone off the street... This is just one or 4 reasons. And after 3 messages I'm still waiting to talk to someone about these issuses.

  • My daughter goes to this school and this will be the last year she goes. I am not happy with her learning situation and she has fallen way behind. We are looking into other schools and would not recommend this school to others.
