  • My kids have been going to precious angels for about 6 months. They have been wonderful. My kids don't go everyday and if the school is having an activity on a day that they are not there or if there is a holiday on a day they are not there, the school has offered to keep them on that day and has not asked for extra money. Which leads me to believe that they truly love my kids. My kids are very happy there and have learned sooooo much. They were home with me for 3 years and I would not trust anyone else with them. The fact that people think they are cheap is awful. Think about the fact that tuition has not change in years and can you imagine the insurance they have to pay to care for your kids. They are great even when my kids have a "bad day". they communicate everything with us and keep my kids motivated to go back. i cant say enough about them. Yes the owner drives a mercedes, but wouldn't you want to make enough money to drive one if you had your own business. Who cares is they are rich, our kids are being taken care of.

  • My daughter has been going to Precious Angels since she was 8 weeks old. I can not say enough about the quality of care she is receiving in the infant room. Ms. Linda and Ms. Robin are exceptional teachers. I don't mind paying the extra money to know my baby is safe and loved.

  • Actually it's one of the teachers that drives the hummer. The owner drives a Mercedes. It's definitely pricey, but I agree with the previous poster, you get what you pay for.
It's true that they do ask you to provide your own school supplies but they also haven't raised tuition in many years. I'll take buying a box of kleenex, hand sanitizer etc once a year over a monthly tuition hike. They do NOT provide snack to the younger kids which would be helpful. I haven't seen a lot of turnover in my child's classroom and my child is very happy with their teachers.
At the end of the day daycares are a business so I can understand the fundraising but would be nice to know where my nearly $1000/month is going.

  • Yes the owner is super cheap. She drives around in a hummer but expects parents to fundraise for her!!!

  • The owners are cheap! You have to bring your own bibs, tissues, and even covers for the ear thermometer! The previous review says they provide snacks- if you consider two Saltines a snack for your child- then ok. The place appears to be clean but don't look down on the floorboards or in the cracks! Yuck!!!

  • My oldest is in Kindergarten at Precious Angels and he has been there since 18 months, my 3 yr old has been there since he was 6 weeks old. I would not trust my children to be anywhere else. It is extremely clean and extremely safe there. All the teachers my sons have had seem to me atleast to be happy, friendly and competent. My children are advanced when I compare them to other children their age and that is thanks to the education they get there.

  • Although the school is beautiful- it is not what is on the outside that counts! The reason the staff is not happy is because they are not treated fairly. It is a good thing that the children do go home happy and want to come back- I guess they are too young to realize what is going on. There are many GREAT teachers there, but then there are incompetent staff members as well. I have never seen ownership from the phoniest, money-hungry people alive. If your children do go there- take the time to ask the teachers if they are really happy. The happiness of the teacher will affect the type of care your child will receive.

  • Excellent School - They are VERY clean, professional, immaculate, have six age appropriate leveled playgrounds, a big gym, music room, computer room, age appropriate leveled rooms (newborn, infant, young toddler, middle toddler, older toddler, and then the various levels above that - your child is never mixed in with children that aren't at his exact level developmentally), have emergency plan and generators which I liked (don't see that often). They are kinda expensive (958 a month) if you want to order hot lunch and milk it's another 3.00 a day. But it's all relative. They average about $50-70 more a month but it's worth it - break that down weekly at the higher amount and you are only paying may 16-20 more than area places and it is well worth it. Go around and compare and you will know what I am saying. Piece of mind knowing that your child is well taken care of and in a clean, productive environment is priceless. They provide two snacks a day (around 1-1/2 age and up) free of charge or included. My daughter loves going there and is very smart and advanced. I am someone that finds fault with everything and found something I didn't like when I visited ALL the other daycares around Warwick - some are down right scary. This one I have no complaints just compliments - except for the price. BUT again - it's all relative. Oh and the same people/teachers/caregivers have been there since I started (over a year) - so no real turnover. Think there's probably 150-200 kids or so that go there and everyone knows my daughters name and says hi to her. They have puppet shows, animal show and tell, magicians, water play, field trips all sorts of extra stuff too. You get what you pay for. You look at the other daycares around here then go to Precious Angels you see why they can charge more - the facility alone is incomparable. It's beautiful, well run and I have seen nothing but good reviews written around the internet about children being the head of their class when they go on to school, etc.

My daughter has been with Precious Angels from about 3 months old and is now 21 months. She talks wonderfully, can count to 10, knows a mish mash of her ABC's loves to learn and is well socialized and confident. She shares and shows empathy, is well mannered and says please, thank you and sorry. She loves books and reading and comes home knowing so much. She can name every part of her body and basically everything she sees around her and when we are out and about. She never ceases to amaze me with how much she knows, she speaks in sentences now and probably knows well over 200 words. While some of that has to do with us A LOT has to do with where she is all day. Let's face it moms and dads, the people we entrust our child to everyday are with our child for a hell of a lot more time we are. Who our children turn out to be has A LOT to do with these people and what they learn day to day there. I am 1 million percent confident that my daughter is getting the best I can possibly offer her. A while back I tried a temporary break from the school to see if I could save some money and in less than a week she was back at Precious Angels. My stomach would be in knots leaving her there and when I picked her up. It's not worth it. An extra $20 or so dollars a week is well worth piece of mind knowing my baby is safe and well cared for. Not once have I ever doubted dropping her off at Precious Angels. BTW, I'm quite over protective and don't even let friends or family babysit. She's never been away from me a night and only a couple of hours 2-3 times in her life has anyone other than Precious Angels watched her. That's how confident I am that she is safe and well looked after. Geez, get the hint. I'm not raving much am I.

TRUST ME, go and take a look at this place. You will not regret it. Tell them Katelyn H's mom sent you (I get a referral discount - I'm not ashamed to admit). Good luck!!
