  • This review serves as our thank you to Small World.

We want to let you know how thankful we are that all of you were such a big part of our son's life, as well as ours. Each and every one of you has taught him in ways that he will never forget. With the teaching at Small World, he has grown in so many ways, both physically and academically. The diverse environment that Small World offered him has enriched his knowledge of the world around him. He has learned to appreciate the different cultures; learn the flags of other countries; learn complex shapes; puzzles; and practical life lessons; songs in different languages and so much more. For this we will be forever grateful. Your guidance and nurturing hands have helped him develop into a young boy who is so loving and ready to tackle the next chapter of his school career. You all have contributed in preparing him to take this step.

As you know, our son is now five and will be taking the step in entering Kindergarten this coming Fall. He has been accepted to attend St. Basil and will be sadly leaving Small World this coming August.

Again, thank you so much for taking exceptional care and teaching our son. We never had to worry about him under your care and supervision. Our family will never forget our experience in this school as it is second to none.

We will dearly miss you all but hope that we can remain in touch so that we can recommend other families to your school.

  • My son has been coming to this school since he was 1 1/2 yrs old. He is now 5 yrs old and is still excited to come to school. My son's favorite part about the school is sound sharing. He makes sure he participates every Thursday. Mr. Ali and Ms. Sherry are caring and understanding as well as the staff. I would recommend this school to everyone. I will truly miss this school when my son graduates. Stop by and see for yourself.

  • My 5 year old son currently goes to Small World and is in their Kindergarten program. My older son also went there and completed the kindergarten program as well. This has been such a great school for both of my boys and I have been impressed with the curriculum as well as the wonderful activities they involve the children in. They have also learned about many cultures. I love that the school is so diversified with children from many different backgrounds. My younger son will soon be graduating from Small World and everyone there will be very missed.

  • Both of my daughters have attendend Small World from six months to pre-K. My wife and I researched and visited many schools in the surrounding counties and chose Small World based on 3 things: 1) The educational programs provided to the children; 2) The focus on manners and discipline; and 3) The care that the teachers provide to each child. The proof is there if you visit. Try going to a Pre-K student and asking them to write letters or look at their math work. This is truly a working parents dream.

  • I have had two children at Small World. My oldest daughter was there from the time she was 12 months until she was 5. When she was 2.5 people couldn't believe she was able to color so well, knew how to count and group numbers and could understood so much about other cultures. When she graduated, she was able to read and was doing 1st grade math work. Both my girls have learned practical life skills such as buttoning, zipping, how to put on their socks and shoes, how to put their coats on. They understand shapes and not just the common ones like circle and square but also cubes, ovals etc. They understand different ethnicities, and study various countries and cultures. Both have gotten an excellent foundation from Small World from an academic perspective.
As it pertains to the teachers at Small World. I trust my children in their hands completely.
I highly, highly, recommend this school to anyone with young children or families who are expecting.

  • I am very pleased with the teaching method in the school. Every child is assigned a book in language and math. They have good programs and it is multi cultural school and the children learn about diferent cultures. Well educated Montessori teachers, very polite and respectful. Will recommend this school if you have young ones.
