  • After years at this school I have decided to resign! New leadership is taking the school in directions which are inconsistant with Montessori Philosophy or "best practice" Teachers, children and families have all lost out under the thumb of the corporate head of school.

  • We just can't afford to pay inflated prices for surface education anymore. The quality of the teachers is not like it used to be. Very poor choice in changes and lack there of. We still don't have proper security at the school. The Head and new director need to take Montessori courses and listen to parents and staff more often. I can't wait for our family to join Midwest Montessori next fall.

  • I have been a supportive staff member for over 15 years and have to cut all ties. This is not the place it used to be. The administration is more worried about financial issues than the work we do to keep families coming back. Enrollment has gone way down and so has the number of returning staff. The gossip I have heard via fellow teachers, staff and parents is bad enough but what really is lacking is leadership and support from administration. I have to agree with the other comment. It is not what you're paying for.

  • This school's mission statement does not reflect on the way it runs. I am ashamed of the way they push out children who need extra help and that parents spend so much of their hard working money on a place that does NOT value their teachers or the families in the least! The head of the school is the most self centered human being in the planet and is NOT Montessori certified. I would never recommend this place to anyone period.

  • IM PULLING MY CHILD AND SO ARE MANY OF THE FAMILIES. ALTHOUGH IM HAPPY THE EC DIRECTOR IS GOING TO BE OUT, SHE WAS GIVEN A NEW POSITION TO DICTATE THE SLAVE STAFF AND PARENTS. THE HEAD OF THE SCHOOL HATES HER TEACHERS AND LOVES HERSELF
