  • I am a parent of an up and coming second grader at Emerson Elementary. We have found Emerson to be a warm, caring environment where our child has thrived. We are fortunate enough to be immersed in the diversity of an up and coming neighborhood in North Oakland with caring families all around. I am an involved parent in the PTO and committed in assisting Emerson in bringing our community together for our children. We look forward to this next school year at Emerson Elementary and all that we will accomplish!

  • i loved this school and attended school here from 94-95, in kindergarten i had Mrs. Dickson, she was a very nice teacher and in 1st grade i had Mr. Han, not sure if the spelling is correct but he was a tough teacher especially for the 1st grade. he loved to yell and be strict but was an excellent teacher. thank you Emerson for all of the great memories!
