(5 / 5) Flag as inappropriate - My child has attended Walker Park Elm. since the 1st grade. Launched from his home in New Orleans after the devastation of Katrina, we moved to Monroe, Ga. He was immediately enrolled into Walker Park. The staff there were great. My son was made to feel very welcome into this school. They helped him quickly adjust to his new environment. They provided counseling and so much more helping to ensure every aspect of his education.
The new principal, Mr. Royal, is extremely approachable and eager to listen and resolve any issue or concern that you may have.
I have found this school to be an excellent place for my child's learning experience.
