  • My daughter goes to Kindergarten at Corbett Grade school. Her class is a mixed K-2 class that has about 27 students (1/3 Kindergarten; 1/3 1st grade; 1/3 2nd grade).

She loves it! Her teacher is very caring and my daughter's confidence has grown with his teaching style. He keeps us informed of her progress and always gives her just enough to keep her stimulated. She now is reading at a late 1st grade level and writing full pages in her journal.

I can't say enough good things about the school. I think they balance formal education with social education and physical activity well.

I do wish the days were a bit shorter for Kindergartners but my daughter is getting used to the length of day.
