  • This school is the WORST of the WORST. Bullying occurs on, an almost, daily basis. Further, while BULLYING seems to be widely accepted at FLA, it is downplayed, as if it doesn't occur. I have little ones that has been attending & have suffered bullying that goes unaddressed by (...). Teachers have assaulted children, including one of mine and (...) does nothing to address it. My little ones will be leaving this school. Anyone who sends their children to this school runs a HUGE RISK of regretting it. FLA will have a damaging, PSYCHOLOGICAL affect on any child. • this school is a disgrace really. when you walk into the school the words that come out of your mouth would be EWWW. Some people say that this is one of the best schools in the Kansas city Missouri school district; now ive gone to this school almost my whole life and every year it gets worse and worse so if this is supposed to be one of the best schools then i would really hate to see the other schools. The students there are dreadful sometimes it seems that they have no respect at all for their school and i include myself in the bunch. The thing that is so wrong is the fact that all this negative stuff that ive learned is just by being a student there and by the way making friends there is already hard enough. another thing would be that if you have a question or any kind of regards i would not even ask because no one knows what's going on in the school. Next just in case you do sign up to go there do not bring anything worth more than 10 dollars whether it's a new purse or a cell phone or an i pod because they will get in your lockers and take anything and everything they find. By the way if you bring your cell phone to school DO NOT turn it in to the office because most likely it will get stolen. it would probably be better to just keep it in your pocket at all times and leave it on vibrate.
