  • Very rude! I have sat in the front office numerous times WITHOUT being helped. The secretary stared at me several time before picking up the phone and making a phone call in Spanish! If you are a tax paying citizen this school is NOT for you! Just look at the sign out front as you drive by!

  • I would NOT recommend any parent to bring your child/children to this school. The staff there is awful! The environment is no where near VERY militant! But for what purposes? my child was in talented and gifted at another district however this school has done nothing but send report cards with her graded no lower than 94! And all E's! So what is the Hesitation? I have had bad experiences all around. From the front office comes outside the school holding back my very nervous 2nd grader hollering at me in very broken English "I needed"! From the after school "organized" pick up routine.
Which you have staff "hollering" at every parent and
kid! The building is outdated, and the school needs to be reevaluated to a new teacher : student ratio because of the very small classrooms. So much more but I hope this is enough to help you with your decision. My letter to the district will follow this review.

  • I love this school for my children. The teachers have shown that they care about my children and are willing to do what it takes to make sure they are safe inside the school and when they leave the building. Every teacher that my children have had has made a positive impact on their learning. All staff truly work towards building relationships and spreading kindness and compassion. I love our school.

  • I agree with the last two parents. I've tried my kids at this school twice over the past 3 years and had nothing but bad experiences. They seem to be a very militant-run school from what I can tell by having lunch there and my kids bad experiences. Kids are treated like numbers not children. If you have gifted or advanced children, NOT a good school at all! They don't have anything setup to keep these kids challenged. My kids go to private schools now and someday we will move to another area with better public school system!

  • I 100% agree with the last parent. Rochell is awful! Please don't put your kids in this school!

  • MY CHILD JUST STARTED THERE AND I ONLY HAD BAD EXPERIENCES! IF YOU REALLY WANT A GOOD SCHOOL YOU NEED TO FIND ANOTHER HOUSE THAT IS NOT CLOSE TO ROCHELLE!
I HAVE ONLY HEARD BAD THINGS ABOUT THIS SCHOOL AND NOW I SEE IT ON MY OWN.
