(5 / 5) Flag as inappropriate - This school is so strong because of the culture that the principal has established at the school. She is amazing - very dedicated and nicely balances the needs of all key constituents: the students, teachers, parents, community and LAUSD. Most importantly, she keeps the educational needs of the students foremost in her priorities. The teachers are also very strong as well - they go above and beyond to nurture the learning needs of the students. We left a "top rated" school in an affluent neighborhood to try Broadway after having spoken with Principal Wang and after having been so impressed with the school. We are happy that we made the change!

- As parents, we are very excited about the Mandarin Immersion Program starting at Broadway Elementary this Fall (2010). The principal is very dedicated to making this program GREAT. The school grounds are charming and immaculate.

- i think this school is great my child know is a very good English learner the principal is great and this fall its going to be a mandarin academy all the students are really great learners but there isnt enough we only have about 200 -260

- Broadway Elementary is a terrific school. The principal is innovative and very involved with the students, families and community. the teachers are well-trained and very committed to the success of their students and the school. It is a small school with tremendous potential. The beautiful buildings are historically significant and surrounding area of Venice population is growing. Great school.
