It was a horrible experience for me. My son was in their toddler room for 2 years old, and I left him there on a part time basis. I went to pick up my son one day and I found him asleep with feces on his face and a full diaper with feces. Unchanged! It looked like his diaper wasn't changed for hours. I was very mad, and had confronted the director. She had the decency to tell me that they are really charging me part time rate for full time hours. I asked if my expectations were too high to have my child's diaper changed regularly. I have decided to let this incident go for another week.

A week later, I decided to log on to the webcam to see what my child was doing. I was appalled to see the male teacher mopping the floor and then used the SAME mop to MOP the kids' tables. These were the tables that the kids would eat off from. How unbeliveably disgusting and unsanitary! When I had confronted the director and the main teacher that was IN the room when this male teacher was mopping, the main teacher said she was there and didn't see it happen. I saw with my OWN eyes that she was indeed in the room and have SEEN this happen.

VERY unreliable place, very shady and overall just plain wrong. I have put my trust in these people to care for my child and they have totally failed me. this is not exactly a cheap daycare either to start with.

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DAYCARE TO ANYONE. IF YOU DECIDE TO GO WITH THIS PLACE, BEWARE AND TAKE NOTICE OF THINGS.
