- I attended PS 219 in 1944 as a handicapped student One class Miss Connor was teached for all grades which
consisted of K thru 8th. I graduated and went onto Midwood. It was a great, caring school and Miss Connors was a special person. It turned out I wqs not handicapped (wrongly diagosed as heart problem who could not walk stairs in PS 119). It5 was quite a year for me but I will always remember the teaching I received. Thank you all.
