  • I attended JHS 201 in the late thirties and early 40's when it was P.S. 201 and they taught from Kindergarten thru 8th grade.

    I graduated and went on to New Utrecht HS for two years and then moved to Teaneck, NJ.

    Dyker heights was nice in the 30's and 40's and a Google trip at street level shows it to be a very beautiful today, a place that I would be very happy to live in.

    P.S. Did you know that Charles Atlas lived on the corner of 79th Street and 12th Avenue. The house with the brick wall on the street side.
