  • I moved to the Wedgefield area on Aug. 2010 and as every parent who has a teen starting high school, had lots of worries about this new school. My husband just recently retired from the Military service, as you can imagine the change my son had on this transition from our military "bubble" to civilian life was very stressful. I was expecting the worst and am so grateful my son is doing well. He's coming home happy and his teachers are very attentive and available. It is not a perfect school but not the worse. He had a variety of classes to choose from and he is very pleased with the classes he chose.

  • I am thinking of moving to the Wedgefield area and I'm trying to find objective reveiws of East River High School but every seach comes up empty. I understand it's a new school and it's rating is a "C" but I'd like to hear from parents of students there what they think about academics, teachers, safety, etc. of the school. Please help.

    Thank you
