(5 / 5) Flag as inappropriate - I attended Leith Walk School way back in in 02. I still know lots of people that graduated and used to go there with me and continued till 5th. I went to the camp until 08 although i did switch schools in second grade because of an issue with my brother. I am now off too high school. I love Leith Walk. working at the camp this summer

- I don't think I'd be who I am today without my stay at Leithwalk. The teachers and staff there really care about the children and don't just let them slip through the cracks. It opened my eyes to African American history that isn't told in history books. They told their personal story which wouldn't be told anywhere else. This school is for sure a 5 out of 5.

- Look.....administratively.....THIS SCHOOL SUCKS! They are unorganized and full of chaos! The answer to any question from the staff is I DON'T KNOW and that's NOT okay! Each day there is a different drop off location and even that's not clear because teachers aren't where they're suppose to be to pickup the kids, its totally congested with confused parents on feet and in their cars and even the teachers (most of them) haven't a clue. When you call the office the staff don't want to deal with you, treat you like you're getting on their nerves because their inside and don't have to deal with the frustration that the parents are up against every morning! So they brush you off and rush you off of their phone. Academically the school is suppose to be great but if your child is great academically then he will be somewhere else where its less foolishness! Great Academics poor Administration, social & organization skills does not = overall 5 stars or apples for that matter!

- hi im a student of leith walk and my name is Camryn Wilson i am a fith grader from 2009-2010..im still here at leith walk..its not fair that the 4 th graders are gonna be at the new leith walk instead of us but this is a nice school.my teacher is Mrs s.Evans..she is a nice teacher and she cares for us..my math teacher is mr clay and my Sience and social studies teacher is Mrs barber..you might see me in after care or soo because im always at lieth walk till 2011 cause thats when i graduate!!! :)

- This is an excellent school the teachers and staff care for the students as if they were their own children. I love it there all three of my kids went there and they loved it.
