- I worked for Linkhorne Elementary for 3 1/2 years. The children were a joy to work with. My co-workers for the most part were professional and courteous. However, the principal of Linkhorne Elementary is not professional at all. For a young man having attended many hours of educational training, workshops, seminars, conferences, and leadership conferences his professionalism is less than up to par. Knowing how to communicate with your employees and parents is the key to having many successful years in the educational field. I also believe, in setting high standards the leader must be willing to treat everyone fairly without discrimination of any kind. It is sad to have such a great school (building) with the wrong person leading the organization.
