  • The staff at this school truly care about their students. Although some teachers are difficult, Elsinore maintains a happy, close-knit, and healthy environment. I am proud to be a student here. SOme argue it is bad. Like every OTHER school,it has issues of its own, but it is unique in its personality.

  • I was a student at Elsinore High School and i currently enrolled in charter school for my senior year. Because my counselor had messed up my credits, if i had stayed at Elsinore i wouldn't have been able to graduate. But the whole time my counselor was telling me everything was on track. When the new school looked at my transcript they said i was short math credits. So now because of my counselor at Elsinore i'm not sure if i'll graduate on time. Some teachers will talk about their personal political views.

Plus the school itself was a mess. There are few teachers that are actually passionate about what theyre doing and make it a good environment. There is a fight probably twice a week. The last few weeks of school there was a (...) that transferred there and started making racist flyers.

Don't put your kid in this school.you'll regret it BIG TIME.

  • There are teachers who are very good, but some teachers are not teaching the kida and are concentrating on their after school sports rather than helping the students with their academics. These students are having to seek out other teachers to help them.

Additioanlly, the school looks worn and dirty. They need to do some painting, landscaping and cleaning. During the Saturday school for detension, they should have the kids start cleaning the gum off the concrete instead of having them sit there and do nothing.

There could be school fundraisers to beautify the school and give the kids some pride in their school.
